New building but very cheaply made, crazy high gas price in winter because of how poorly its insulated, office staff not very helpful, and when I moved out the charged more then 300 for a carpet cleaning, the place was left cleaner when I moved out than when I first moved in, I had to hiring a cleaning company to get all the dust and dirt construction had left behind. With all the new builds in town I would recommend searching around before getting stuck with this people.

Been a resident since December. Very nice to find somewhere in Heber that is this pet friendly. The staff in the office and the maintenance team are great.

Move in process was simple. Once in the home we had some electrical issues for 36 hours but the staff quickly had electricians out to address issue and it was corrected quickly. Klein Huis staff Misty, Ariel and Garrett are awesome to work and have been very supportive during the big stressful moving process. Thank you.

I have experienced continuous hot water issues with no long-term resolution. The pilot light has gone out 11 times in less than 6 months and access to the tank is restricted. Given the cost of these units, it’s extremely frustrating to never know if you are going to get a hot shower.

This is a warning to anyone that is trying to apply to this place. When you move they say that the Wi-Fi is free it is not free it is 65$ each month. When I bought a key for the pool they said I only had to pay it once and now they are saying we will have to pay 50$ to use the swimming pool, the gym and club house. And because I didn’t pay my rent on the third they charged me 10 percent more of my rent when in utah you have time to pay till the fifth. They lied and told us we didn’t have to pay the sewer bills and now they say we do have to pay sewer, water and more. Lastly the house is brand new but there are a lot of spots were we saw holes that weren’t paint over and it looked like they didn’t even bother to paint over them.
