A co-worker of mine recommended Sam King, and I can see why! Sam made the process of buying our very first home as quick and painless as possible. Sam made himself available to us at all hours, scheduled a private showing of a house we fell in love with, and he even negotiated so that we got the house under asking! He recommended a great inspector, who provided a detailed list of everything we needed to be aware of. Sam also went ahead and researched and gathered numerous mortgage broker options for us, and the broker we went with (who he recommended) wound up savings us thousands at closing!

Sam attended our inspection, our final walkthrough and closing, all while answering all the annoying questions we could possibly ask! He made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
