The customer service during an introduction / sales process from Kimmel Studio was very poor. First, my name was incorrectly spelled and even after I pointed it out, the team referrred me to an incorrect name when we met. I also made it clear what we were specifically looking for and yet felt like the meeting went through more background detail than the crux of my request. There was no clear structure to the meeting time, and even though I had budgeted for at least 30 minutes, found myself having to reschedule work meetings because the team was not cognizant of time at all. I also submitted the design questionnaire per their guidance on next steps and received zero communications. It's clear they don't want our business.
