This company allowed their under construction complex to completely burn, causing hundreds of residents to be put out on the street at 12am. Some still can’t get into their apartment due to damage from Kier Construction’s fire. Both buildings beside the fire sustained damage and now even accessing the undamaged apartments have become a huge pain due to this company. How do you let an almost completely finished building completely burn? Not only that, they were constantly blocking the small road by the now burned building with deliveries and their workers made no attempt to guide people around it. Extremely inconvenient for local residents and lazy workers that don’t care about the safety issues they are causing for everyone around them. Not surprised at all they were running the site of the Sugarhouse fire. I have seen articles they’re wanting to rebuild the burned building- hopefully they won’t be as negligent this time and almost burn down hundreds of apartments and cause a ton of damage and inconvenience to everyone around them. I would never associate myself with this company or hire them.

BEWARE!!! I had hired kier to remodel/renovate a few of my units. I personally feel like I payed good money to be left with terrible work all over my units. I've repeatedly told them about all the problems like uneven flooring and terrible unfinished baseboards but they keep telling me they'll call me back to get some one to some one scheduled to come fix all the issues and it's been over 7 months now...... Andrew and all of them over at keir are very unprofessional never returning phone calls and sending me to his voicemail. They promised me everything was going to Iook nice and make the units look brand new which is why I hired them. Their craftsmanship told me other wise. We will be hiring another general contractor for future projects. I am very disappointed with their work.

This driver is aggressive. Tail gating, speeding, and swerving in the lanes. If your employees are going to drive like this don't put them on such a deadly vehicle. He's gunna cost you your insurance rates

Just finished working with the team on the Greenprint project in down town Salt Lake City. This was a 150 unit apartment building built on a podium. They kept a tight schedule, had high quality work and were fair and honest. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

This company has had our apartments in chaos for more then a month. No planning on how they come in to do things. Paint everywhere no respect for your items inside. They had paint all over my live plants. No warnings of when they come into your home. They just move your personal stuff without asking and then move it reckless and break things. They don't pick up after themselves. 3 flat tires due to nails. A nail through my dogs foot. Sloppy work very cheap. Killed all of the grass simply due to them leaving all there garbage and stuff out of the rain gutters that they don't clean up. No compensation for any of it and that includes from boulder pines apartments. Very rude used language that shouldn't be used around kids to my husband directly when he simply asked them to clean up there garbage. Our nice apartments look like skid row due to all the trash everywhere. Very very disappointing. No communication to the apartment office they can't even give warning notices because they are so out of the loop and they are the ones paying. If I could give a negative star I would. It's just sad for any contractor to be so disorganized and rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this company if you want things done right.

I have seen so much junk at their construction site they cant clean up after themselves and leave trash everywhere it's not hard to be considerate of the people just trying to live around their construction equipment and trash. I have never seen a contractor so inconsiderate before. Judging by other reviews the work turns out pretty sub par for all the space they take up.
