We just purchased a townhome from Keystone in the SLC area (regency on 900). We had a very positive experience with Michelle (the agent), Jayce (The site Super), and everyone at the design center. Michelle was also able to work closely with us to help find special financing through Zions and programs we qualified for our original lender we almost went with didn't even know about.

We were very pleased with the quality and that we were able to get a great location, 4 bedrooms, a freaking corner unit,

and upgraded cabinetry all within our price range ($450K)!

Normally when you buy a house from a construction company, you anticipate a few negative surprises- but to the contrary we have only had positive upsides including a dedicated pantry and extra closet space, and a built in towel closet that were added AFTER we signed.

We will definitely be using them again because we've established a lot of trust. We are thrilled to FINALLY be homeowners and stop throwing away money to rent.

We bought our first townhome with Keystone recently. They have been so easy and great to work with. Competitive pricing but the product is higher quality than a big national builder. We have had a couple minor imperfections and their warranty team has been fantastic. We would definitely buy from Keystone again in the future!

No bidding, beautiful high quality materials, competent and friendly realtors, and excellent designers that help you personalize your home so that it represents you but still looks good. During the home buying process I've met with multiple construction companies but Keystone has by far been the best to work with and I don't regret my decision to work with them. I built my house with Keystone Construction and the whole process was great! I was able to work with the whole company as I went through this process and everyone was great from top to bottom. I love the floor plan and the quality of finishes inside the house are excellent! I will build another house with them again for sure and would recommend them to anyone!

When browsing for townhomes, we immediately fell in love with Keystone's floor plans. All other townhomes felt cramped and busy. We chose an Arcadia and it's wonderful. Open, spacious, and feels like a single family residence.

Throughout the build process: our design meeting was personable, we received weekly emails about the current stage, they remained on track with deadlines, they worked with us to personalize our floorplan, and the final product is just what we hoped for.

I recently walked through the Exchange by Edge Homes and it made me appreciate Keystone that much more. The base packages (appliances, lighting, etc.) Are so much better with Keystone. Again - way more spacious, and they have continued to follow up with me, even after the sale, to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

I closed on my house in 22 and I am haunted by this mistake every day.

The cabinet vendor took way too long to fix the scratched cabinet doors from construction. They had to come out 3 times, and instead of if fixing them, they just spray painted over the scratches.

They look so bad, and the lady that came out to fix them argued with me about what she needed to fix. She was unprofessional and rude. On top of them making my cabinets look worse, (each cabinet door does not look the same) they painted some gloss finish on the cabinets and got it all over my brand new counter top.

Its been 3 years since that happened and I get a little angry every time I look at my $15,000 kitchen cabinets that don't even have matching doors.

There is no way I can recommend keystone to anyone due to their horrible cabinet vendor.

Extremely disappointed with keystone. We bought our townhome in June. We’ve had problem after problem. Everything is built cheap, rushed, and terrible quality. We have reached out numerous times concerning warranty issues(because they don’t respond until doing so). Things have taken months to get “fixed”, or haven’t been fixed at all because it’s in their “margin of error”. I’ve had 3 neighbors say how disappointed they are as well. I would recommend going with anyone besides keystone. I’m sure to tell everyone about my experience, and will never buy keystone again. Trust me it’s not worth it.
