Ms. Shayla Green, was the property manager, for address, (Nice Townhouse), 4766 Towne Boulevard, Suitland, MD 20746. Since 10-01-2024, the owner, started managing here her own property. My lease, was from 10-01-2023 to 09-30-2024. I have paid to the agreed terms of the lease, for 12 months, this lease is not on month-to-month agreement. Ms. Green, has not returned and emails or answered my calls, on my deposit money being returned, 45 days will be 11-14-2024, as stated in the lease. It should not take no 45 days to return a deposit. I actually do not even live in Maryland anymore. Since the lease ended, Ms. Green, took forever to do the end-of-lease inspection. Ms. Green came on a Saturday after the lease was ended, and only stayed for about 25 to 30 minutes, then she said, I have to go and get my hair done. Then she did not come back for about 2 to 3 weeks to finish, the end-of-lease inspection. When myself and my roommate moved in, it took her every bit of 20 seconds, to debit $6000 dollars from my account to move in, then she said, you both cannot move in for 7 days. I had no where else to go, we had to get the keys from the owner to move in, (yes, let me say it again, her office took $6000 out of my account in 20 seconds, then she said we could not move in for 7 days now its taking 45 days to give me my deposit money back) but its taking 45 days or longer to give me my deposit money back. If we could not move in for 7 days, why did she initiate the debiting of my account or accept it, she could have sent my money back, she did not send it back. If you rent from KeyRenter Metro, in Largo, MD, please avoid them, especially, Ms. Shalya Green, maybe every one will not have a bad experience as I am having, just to get my deposit back. If they had no star, you could check, I would check that selection, KeyRenter Metro. I would not be surprised, if they will try to keep my $2000 deposit as retaliation, for this post. I am also a %100 Disable Army Veteran and now you can read how KeyRenter Metro, treats Veterans. I usually do not make any post like this, on any business, even if the service is good or bad, because I do not want the organization to loose business, from customers. This time I am aggravated and frustrated, with this business, from the beginning of the lease, during the lease, to end of the lease. Note: KeyRenter Metro, does not manage this property as of 10-01-2024. They have no say so over this property, since 10-01-2024. So why are KeyRenter Metro out of Largo MD, holding on to my $2000 deposit. Avoid this property management company at all cost.

Specific on the details. Shayla is by far the most experienced and resourceful property manager I have come across in my nearly 30 years of real estate ownership. As a military veteran that has lived and owned property in six states, I have never come across anyone so knowledgeable. Solution focused, go with Shayla and never worry or work to manage your property again.

Shayla and I had an instant connection. She was knowledgeable, personable, reliable, consistent but not pushy. She was prompt with her responses and kept me up to date with every detail for managing my property. Keyrenter Metro and their team inspected my home and made excellent referrals for any upkeep needed. My house was posted on their website in late May. My tenant moved in by the beginning of July. The process was super simple and fast. They vetted each candidate for me with a thorough background check, which made me feel very secure with my prospective tenant. Keyrenter Metro is a trusted team and I have no worries that my home is in good hands.

Slow response, can not get reach a person. Data posted not clear. Lastly, the phone number posted gets you nowhere. Landlords, home owners should call this company before listing there properties so they will know how inquiries are handled.
