Unfortunately I am unable to rate Keusder Homes anything less then 1 star because they truly deserve a negative rating. The most unprofessional home builder I have ever met. Took my almost half a million dollar home to get broken into in order to get the builder to acknowledge my concerns about the housing community. Thankfully Julie Dow (salesperson) showed concern and empathy in regards to all the issues which I was experiencing with my home because Bart ignored most of my emails to him until I threatened to get legal representation involved.
Moved into a home which was extremely dirty, had covers on smoke alarms, scratches on cabinets, missing doors on cabinets, writing on my tile floors, paint splotches which to this day (4 months since I have lived there) still have not been resolved. Who hands over the keys to a house without addressing items noted during a walk through? My closing was delayed by the builder and yet the excuse from Bart as to why my home was such a mess was "we rushed getting you into the house" really? Let's talk about HOA fees of $200 I am paying each month which to this day, I have yet to see a landscaper maintain my front and back yards. I am out there picking up garbage thrown on my property by people who have access to the community because builder refused to build wall around community. Needless to say, I would recommend staying away from these home builders unless you are seeking unprofessionalism and frustration. The only positive thing which has come out of this experience in buying an almost half a million home is that I met an extremely professional salesperson......Julie Dow.

We have absolutely horrible experience with our new $1,079,000 home. We leave in the home for 6 months and still struggling with a lot of issues. Our thermostat is not working. It is 55 C degrees inside our home. The builder just ingnoring our complaints.
