The HOA Board has had a successful power-grab coup, removing several duly-elected Board members perhaps without legal justification....and certainly without an election process to replace those thrown off. The replacements are likely puppets who have not intermingled with the rest of is. Some clearly live elsewhere. They operate behind closed doors, and closed the Center for quite some time now claiming it is being renovated with a grant for $500,000. They have not started even 6 months after they closed it. We have a right to know what they did with the money, but they are keeping that secret. There are no meetings to attend. They DO NOT RESPOND.

My family is one of the original owners in this community. My parents bought the house new in 1978. The homeowner's association use to be more active and diligent with their responsibilities however now it seems as though they don't care. When it snows, the plow trucks don't come and back in the day there would be vacuum trucks to sweep the streets when the leaves fall. It is really said that the last generation had more pride in their community than this generation has. What a disappointment to see such a decline.

Lived here for 10 years. Dont really see the point of the HOA. No events, barely any meetings. Controlled but some wanna-bes who think the position is something special. Rigged elections. Not to mention the use the hall for personal use like sub renting to non residents for finacial gain. In need of some serious overhauling.

I have had nothing, but great experiences with the Association. I have held several events there and I have never had a problem. Ms. Delores was a great person to communicate with, and today I spoke with Ms. Carol who was very pleasant and helpful.

Horrible Community Association. Kettering is great place to live but if you have to deal with the community association they are horrible. they don't return phone calls and and they extremely unhelpful.

I used the Kettering Community Center on Chesteron Dr. once a year it is always clean and Mrs. Hunter in the office is superb. I love it
