We have lived at KC 3 different times, due to job changes and, now, retirement. That we moved back twice should tell the story. The apartments are well constructed and maintained. Management is on site, friendly, careful, and diligent. Lee Davis, Nancy, and Steve are top notch.

I love it here. Masonry construction makes for extra insulation (temperature & sound). Well managed and maintained. I’m a senior starting my 9th year. Safe and comfortable.
