Words do not do justice with the job Kendrick has done to land us the house of our dreams. Highly recommend Kendrick! After our house was on the market for 6 months with another agent, we decided to list our home with someone else. After interviewing a few agents, we decided to go with Kendrick. He had an impressive marketing plan and had sold many previously listed properties with successful outcomes. He made some great suggestions on minor repairs to clean up the house to have it appeal more to buyers. Kendrick was at the house consistently, coordinating painters, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, stagers and came by multiple times a day to ensure the work was done properly.
