Kelley and Tammi were great to work with and helped us find a great home in Victory at Verrado in the West Valley. We reached out to Kelley from her insightful videos on YouTube where we were doing research on PHX from overseas and after some back and forth discovery on what we were looking for she had Tammi meet us in AZ when we made a trip. I was on MLS and Zillow and Redfin on a daily basis looking and researching and Tammi and I put our lists together and started driving around neighborhoods. They also have a lot of people available to help in the process. Our final selected home had a late disclosure of potential foundation issues and Tammi secured a specialist engineer to come out and give us a report within 24 hours. They also have a lot of contractors for the inevitable "what if we need to remove that wall" question on a few homes. Since we are not living in AZ until winter comes (and it is coming!) we were not there for closing so they both have been great about going to the house for walk throughs and taking videos and sending them to us or doing a FaceTime so we could see or hear from the home inspector or engineer or whomever we needed to go out there pre and post sale. After the house closed they were still happy to go out and do little things we needed done to make it looking like we were there like removing a door hanger etc. We don't ask them to run our errands (they found us someone in the neighborhood that does that) but when they are in the neighborhood on a showing or meeting they check in on the house and let us know it's all good. We would trust this team again for sure. I love the social media angle and content that Kelley puts up for people relocating from outside of AZ as it was really helpful. There were thousands of video content pieces for The Villages in FL for instance but only a few for the PHX area that were of similar quality. Very helpful.
