Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend this realty office. My grandparents are loosing money because the realtor is helping the buyer more than the seller (my grandparents are the sellers). My grandparents are $17,500 out of pocket. This is not right. As the realtor of my grandparents, you should be helping them. You are selling their home. But it looks like you are helping the buyer more than the seller. The realtor is also not taking a NO for an answer. Besides dropping the price because the buyer only qualifies for $350K & making my grandparents pay for the closing cost fees. Now, she wants them to pay for other repairs that are cosmetic repairs. They are not hazardous or dangerous repairs. It’s nothing electrical or plumbing issues.
