Ashley Oluyole’s name was given to me as a broker to help me find suitable & a safe home for myself and I have never been more pleased! Mrs. Oluyole was extremely thorough, professional, she listened to my needs and wants, she was patient and I loved her attention to detail. She was able to vet potential landlords and rentals that at times I thought were legitimate turned out to be scammers. For each location I wanted to see, Mrs. Oluyole accompanied me and having a “fresh pair of eyes,” helped me to see things that I would have missed otherwise. From the time I started the process until I received my keys, Mrs. Oluyole was with me and helped me to learn and understand the process on proper rental hunting. I truly appreciate how she advocated for me and negotiated a rental agreement (price) that was within my budget! Please seek HER out, if you are in Maryland & are looking to find a new home, be it apartment, condo or house….I promise you won’t be disappointed with Mrs. Oluyole and the services she provides!

Belinda and Milan are the best! We came across them on IG last summer as we were considering moving to the area and reached out. They agreed to meet us for coffee and introductions on one of our visits down to the area and stayed in contact until we were ready to begin our home search. Their virtual needs analysis reviewed the home buying process in detail and they learned more about what we were looking for. Throughout everything, they were responsive, informative, and we felt that they genuinely cared about us through the process. We luckily found our home after just a few home tours and they led us through the process and advocated for us. They have even continued to help us navigate some post closing questions. We couldn't recommend them more and would definitely work with them again!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Cathy Blassimo. She used my offer to make the other buyer out bid us and ignored my agents calls for days. She is a liar and I warn everybody to not buy a house if she is the listing agent because you will be swindled. I will never use a Keller Williams agent and I will warn everybody about this agency's practice

The worst experience I've ever had. I could write pages detailing the many ways in which this real estate company said they cared yet stood by and watched as my family was cheated out of thousands of dollars. To make matters worse, they returned the down payment to the seller who did not deserve it. Buyer beware!

Very unprofessional the day you say you are not comfortable to sign the contract yet they will just go to your work place and talk about you at your back…signing contracts is always buyers choice and he didn’t even show me one house ….but he went to my boss and talked about at my back…I don’t want to write his name because i feel its not good but the day he will read this he will come to know about whom i was talking about…buyers just be careful…god bless him and god bless his brokerage firm…
