I have to admit I was hesitant due to all the negative reviews I read but l was pleasantly surprised!

The flooring crew Joe Brochard and Jose Hernandez were amazing! They embody customer service like no other company I have ever seen! They wanted to make sure that we were happy in all aspects of the flooring and baseboards. They asked us detailed questions to better understand our needs and wants. I was asking for my floors to be set at a diagonal and although it is a lot more cuts and a great deal of work they did an amazing job. I have not found one single flaw with their work!!!!

We already told Shawn, the operation manager he is not paying them enough.... We have no idea how much money they make but they deserve a big raise!

I would also like to give a shout out to Natalia who runs the office. She answers the phone at all hours of the day and truly cares about her customers too!

I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again!

Do not use this company. They subcontracted with Lowes, probably the only way they get customers. Shayla didn't show up for an appt, no call. I called multiple times, no calls back. Damages to my furniture and walls because they only sent 1 person despite me paying extra for large furniture. Carpet seam visible, hard bumps under carpet.

Very disappointed with my experience. They were supposed to remove a small area of tile with the old carpet. While doing so they made a hole in my floor, did a horrible job patching it and now my floor is sinking in. I've reached out to Lowes and they are telling me it's not there problem. Shayla at Keller never returns phone calls and when someone finally did come out they said it might not be their problem to fix Its been months and I'm still waiting to hear back from shayla all the while my floor keeps getting worse. I will never do business with them or Lowes again. I don't know why they even have a phone number no one in that office ever answers. I would highly recommend anyone over this place.

Keller did a great job. They removed the old carpet and laid down the padding. We realized the carpet ordered from Lowes was a different color. After talking to Loews, they came back and completed the job. Everything looks great

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I've already paid and would just like someone to call me back so I can get the carpets I've paid for.
