We worked with Kelly & Kelgreen Builders to renovate our home. This included 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and paint. They did a great job and completed ahead of schedule!

I really appreciated Kelly's attention to detail and providing a week by week build plan so that we could prep materials accordingly.

The quality of the work was exceptional. We had accent tiled walls on every bathroom and they were done fantastic. Clean grout lines and leveled perfectly. Similarly for all cabinetry things were assembled well with no gaps.

Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the work and would recommend them! 10/10

Kelly and Kelgreen Builders helped renovate my dental office to have a modern look. We updated 3 dental operatory rooms, a small bathroom, and a sterilization area. Kelly and her team are professional and neat. They understood the need of a small business, kept the work on-schedule, and finished the project on time. We were very happy with the process and the result.

We are very pleased with Kelgreen Builders for our reroofing project! From the start Kelly was the only contractor who showed up on time for the scheduled free initial inspection and quote appointment out of the four contractors. Kelly was very attentive and always followed through. The reroofing project went very well on the schedule despite of several heat waves in September. The roofing crew worked hard with flexible hours due to the heat waves. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. Kelly is very trustworthy and we will certainly use Kelgreen Builders in the future for our home improvement projects. We highly recommend Kelly and Kelgreen Builders!

Converted our 2 beds 1 bath home to 3 beds 2 baths including relocate our kitchen to our dining room to become open kitchen over the summer. Anything is possible with Kelly and the architect team she worked with. We had a small empty area before transitioning from the dining to the bedrooms, and her team was able to creatively implement the additional bathroom without interfering the float of our layout. All done in 2 1/2 months after permits and plans were approved. Also the plan and permits were approved on the first round and in one day. Didn't have too much to worry about, communication was great, and quick alternative solutions when issues arises. It's best to schedule a consultation with Kelly and her team prior a start of any project. If we went with the architect that we originally going to go with, the permitting won't be as smooth as we experienced.

We converted our one car garage to an ADU and Kelly and her crew did an amazing job from giving ideas during the planning process to staying on track with the construction timeline. She also provided a variety of material recommendations that were environmental friendly and affordable. Their crew worked with us to find alternative solutions when a problem arose rather than requesting more money like other contractors. We are so glad to have picked Kelgreen Builders for our ADU project.

Kelly took over the garage to ADU project after our previous contractor went AWOL without finishing the job. She sticked to the schedule, communicated well, understood our need and ask, and her crew made the job site wayyyy cleaner and organized, which is night and day compare to my previous experience.
