Keith is amazing! He went above and beyond what any realtor should do. He helped us every step of the way, helping us get our house ready, and priced to sell quickly. We had multiple offers on our home within a couple months, including a full price offer! Then he walked us through the closing process, including splitting the proceeds of the sale of the home 3 ways, making a stressful situation so much easier.

The general manager of Skyline Mountain Resort referred me to Keith, who is a Sanpete resident. Keith’s service was top notch from beginning to end. Keith helped me with the right pricing strategy for a quick sale and sell quickly we did! We switched to Keith after 9 months of using a flat-fee discount brokerage and not being able to sell. On a related note, Keith efficiently coordinated with all 6 family members who co-owned the property, which was quite the feat because we all had to agree and also sign everything. I just recently had the privilege of working with Keith Kasperson. He was the Buyer’s realtor on a land sale of land my family inherited from our parents in Fairview, Utah. We did a for sale by owner of 2.61 acres. Keith was very easy to work with, respectful of our decision not to have a realtor for this transaction. He was helpful in providing me with paperwork to sign electronically, which made everything go smoothly. He communicated in a friendly, professional manner. Keith is very knowledgeable and thorough.
