If you are seeking a reliable and trustworthy construction company, look no further than KB Construction. Following an unfortunate incident in my home, I required a substantial scope of work to be completed. After consulting with several contractors, I met with KB Construction’s representative, Ian Pursell. Ian took the time to thoroughly explain the reconstruction process, providing clear guidance and reassurance that their team would support me every step of the way.

I was assigned to work closely with Charles Herman, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication. Charles went above and beyond to address my needs and ensure my requests were met to the fullest extent possible. Both Ian and Charles maintained outstanding communication throughout the project, whether by phone, text, or email, and consistently delivered on their commitments.

Despite the complexity of my project, the team worked diligently to achieve an outstanding result. I am not only delighted with the final outcome but also deeply impressed by the professionalism and care exhibited throughout the process. There’s really no need to go into a long story about how poorly our rebuild went. Overall, the process was terrible and KB blamed every single delay on someone else. They took zero accountability for taking 9 months to replace one exterior wall. We had an open exterior wall for the WHOLE summer.

Yes, the county was involved but they actually weren’t terrible once the paperwork was finally submitted. There were delays due to KB’s workflows and a huge lag time solely based on their disorganization. Overall, the work was fine and I want to give credit to the workers who were better communicators than the guys in charge. If you can avoid using them I strongly strongly suggest looking else ware. They will make big promises about it getting done but will leave you hanging once it’s started.

WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My small 1671 sq ft house burned 2 years ago and KB Construction still hasn't finished it. Average work has been 2 days PER MONTH. Failed inspections after failed inspections for very simple fixes. I've been sending emails for 3 weeks asking about my house and no one will respond except to tell me that I owe them more than my contract amount and that they're going to send me to their attorney.

It's beyond reason that a construction company would take 2 years to rebuild a 1671 square foot house! But when the same things continue to fail inspection for over 7 months, then you realize you hired the wrong company. I could write a nightmare novel about my experience with this company.

I would like to thank KB Construction and especially ALEX for taking care of my water damage in a quick, professional, courteous and informative manner. ALEX left no stone unturned in making sure that everything was back to normal and was very patient in answering all my questions.

It takes weeks and MULTIPLE emails/calls to get any kind of updates from these guys. They sat on the project for a month and a half before even sending someone out to survey my condo, missed multiple appointments without notice, and it’s now been 4 months since they started working on my tiny kitchen and we’re still not done…
The icing on the cake was when the lead builder didn’t know I was the owner of the condo 3 MONTHS and dozens of emails into the project...
VERY unprofessional - if I could give negative stars, I would.

If there was an option for a zero I would pick that. Everything very UNPROFESSIONAL. Not apologetic, does not take responsibility, not punctual at all. They put people in dangerous, and scary situations. Would definitely not recommend.
