Kathy is amazing. I just wanted to start this review off with that statement. Our situation was hectic and not an easy sale. We had two months to sell our home so we could close on our other homes and move states away. Not only did Kathy make this happen, I ended up having my baby premature during this and she was so supportive and just amazing and so caring. We have bought and sold homes before and Kathy by far is our favorite. She’s very educated, caring, easy to work with and has her clients best interest at heart. I highly recommend her.

Loved working with Kathy finding a new house. In the end I decided to build and she overlooked the building progress with Hamlet Homes. She was easy to work with, always ready to answer my questions, even those that didn't pertain to my new house in Virginia.
