Kartchner was so easy to work with. We worked with Charlie and he walked us through every step of the process of building and answered all of our questions. Although there were some delays with getting some permits, we were always looped in on what was going on. We love the standard high end features included in Kartchner's builds. You can really tell they take pride in their work and the service they provide.

We knew this was our home first setting our eyes on it! The Backyard! The Design! The builders used every ounce to make sure the layout had enough spare room to fit all your storage needs! The views are an added bonus to our forever home! I'm thankful for the Sellers in general ! For the Sellers Agent Charlie Backus in representing his Sellers in such a professional manner.

Before you move in, you get the luxury of a homeowner orientation so you know where everything is located in your new home so special thanks to Riley Jensen and Trevor Murdock for the tour! 10 out of 10 would work with Kartchner Homes again!

Kartchner Homes is amazing! Trevor and Charlie were so wonderful to work with. I’m proud to say that my very first home is a Kartchner Home! The home is beautiful, well built, and they sure do make you feel like you’re home. Trevor did our walk around inspection with us and explained everything is great detail and was super awesome. From the very first time we met with Kartchner to the end of construction they have been nothing but amazing. Everything they said they would do, they have done. They are professional and talented and we couldn’t be more happy with our home. Charlie was great to work with, he would send us updated videos of our home each week and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. They are very thorough and the quality is wonderful. We were very impressed that all of their “standard” items in the home are actually upgraded and very nice, it’s so great that, that comes standard. We will recommend Kartchner over and over. 10/10🤩🤩

We’ve had such a great experience working with Kartchner Homes! We’ve worked with Charlie to facilitate purchasing our new townhome and had our final walkthrough done by Riley. We had a great experience with Kartchner! Our contact, Charlie, was so awesome. He was really good at keeping us up to date on the progress. Their preferred lender was also wonderful!! I would recommend Kartchner and Guild Mortgage, hands down!
