Karrie was absolutely amazing! She went so above and beyond in every way. She showed us quite a few properties, meeting us last minute many times if something we loved came onto the market. She was honest when going through the houses, not just trying to sell to us for a “quick close.” Once we found the perfect house, Karrie submitted our offer quickly (even though she has a trip to SD planned)! She booked our inspection, etc. The home inspection was great, but the pool inspection was not satisfactory to her standards. Karrie got our money refunded for the pool inspection and found an inspector who specializes in pools to check it out and make sure everything was working properly. Additionally, while my husband and I were vacation, Karrie went so above and beyond by sending us videos of how to work our pool heater/pumps since we never had a pool before and she didn’t want us left out of the loop. SHES TRULY AMAZING!! Great communications great negotiation skills? Amazing people person. USE HER!
