Karol helped us buy our first home and then sell it three years later. She is quick to communicate, offers helpful and knowledgeable advice, and is gracious and encouraging during a process that can be very stressful. I didn’t realize how truly excellent she was until we started working with other realtors in a new state. Karol sets the bar very high. I know she relieved much of the burden as we bought and sold.

Karol did an outstanding job of representing me in this sale. I am going through some extremely difficult personal issues & she literally took over from the listing to the closing. She supplied cleaning & yard services. She scheduled plumbers, electricians, roofers & HVAC post the home inspection. They were timely & under budget. The day of closing we had an unexpected water issue. Karol was incredible in getting immediate service from a plumber & we were able to CLOSE!!! Without Karol’s relationships & professionalism this sale could have fallen apart on the scene! I can’t thank Karol enough for all she did for me & my family. This is Karole’s second sale for me & she has constantly exceeded my expectations.
