We have never had such an amazing experience with a realtor. Kaley truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We put our home up for sale and moved away. She was overseeing everything from lawn care, maintenance, winterizing, trash pickup, periodic professional cleanings, even checking it after every storm!!! I felt like our home was always in the best hands. She took it under her wing and did more than we could have ever asked for. Kaley is much more than just a realtor. She has become a friend. Our property was unique. She told us that it could take about six months to sell in this market. It was a multifamily home with three homes on the property and lots of land. In 8 months, God brought us the perfect buyers. We couldn’t be happier with how honest Kaley was and how accurate her predictions were as well. She really understands real estate in this area and you can trust her.

I really can’t say enough about how much she has helped us. Words fall short in expressing our sincere gratitude. And today is CLOSING DAY!!!

What a blessed and hassle free journey thanks to this amazing team. Oh… I also want to mention that Kaley had a team of people do the small repairs listed on the agreement for us so we didn’t even have to worry about those. The prices were always very fair and she made even that part completely hassle free for us.

I reached out to Kaley in the summer to help us start looking for a house. Without hesitation, she immediately jumped in and asked for what we're looking for and some examples on MLS or Zillow that we liked. Before even meeting us, we asked her to meet us at a house we liked for a showing. She showed the house on very short notice and talked us through the pros and cons of the area and the house itself. While this house wasn't the one, it was a great opportunity to connect and figure out what exactly we were looking for. Weeks later the perfect house hit the market and Kaley made sure we were the first ones to see the house, and we got our offer in as soon as possible. After the open house, we went through the offers and made our decision - our house was under contract in less than a week! Without Kaley's capabilities, this process would have been much harder and much more stressful! I'm so incredibly thankful for her and truly believe we got the best deals on both houses because of her. I cannot recommend her enough.
