KHovnanian Homes Aspire at Apricot Grove has been a blessing! My wife and I visited their model homes the first time and we decided to stay, because they had the dream house we were looking for. They offer bigger lot, spacious houses at affordable prices. Also, our sales agent, Reggie, was amazing! He delivered great customer service, and he was always available to answers questions and address our concerns, sometimes on his days off.
Our family is extremely happy for our new home. It was a great experience choosing our lot and seeing the house built from the ground ... the outcome is amazing, just like we expected!

Over the phone we had a rude person. But whdn wr visited we got Donna I believe. She went above and beyond and she is the reason for 3 stars. The houses are beautifully put together, but the rooms are extremely small. If you're thinking about having someone share a room, forget it. Only enough space for a single person. My other issue is charging when certain things should be standard. Like, you'll build space and a vent for the microwave, but you don't get one. It doesn't even come with grass. Like come on. I do like how you can turn certain areas into another bedroom instead of a loft or something. And how you can do a bathtub! I also think for family homes, they really should have picked a better area. While there's a school across the street, I have to cross rail road tracks to get to a park. Sounds a bit dangerous. Overall it's worth 3 stars

There really isn't a warranty. The homes come with a warranty, but they will use every excuse to not fix anything.
