- traffic hellhole, very difficult to even reach Mundhwa chowk from here
- inflated flat prices
- dust and noise pollution is at peak
- not a great locality in general
- hard water and extreme water scarcity during summers
- amenities are at the terrace that too at only 1 building
- west facing flats are a waiting disaster, the empty land will soon be dug up for more construction and you'll be living in a nightmare
- way too many housing units and not enough parking space if each flat has multiple vehicles

Pros:

- connected to both side roads of keshav nagar, so you can choose which road has less traffic

Booked 3 bhk flat, gave token money, after that no follow up from them, I am following from them since 25 days for documents like Rera commencement certificate and sale agreement scan but no response.
Editing after few months.. work is on fast track.. good construction.. hope to get possession on time..
Edit: work in progress is good, as agreed at sales they will complete the work by Dec 24 for F building. Happy with the quality and pace.

I've taken the possession of my 2 bhk flat at Kcity.The CRM team( Saurabh and Akshay )are present and ensured all the things mentioned in the agreement are delivered as promised and also helped to cross check everything before final handover .The entire process was smooth and experience was very good .The CRM team (Shriya and Ashwini) of Kcity are professional, responsive, and transparent throughout. From initial inquiries (Yogesh ji) to the final handover, they exceeded my expectations. The only thing they can improve on is the possession date (I've been told earlier the the date would be on December 2023 and postponed to March due to delay in getting the OC from PMC ) though it's within RERA .I must say ,the quality of the sanitary fittings and materials used are of very premium quality especially the flooring tiles (wooden vitrified tiles) appealing to the eye and stands out from other projects nearby Keshav Nagar.
I would definitely recommend to atleast visit once if you're interested in investing/looking for your dream home ?

I have booked a 3 BHK flat. Liked the construction quality, well planned and spacious flats.

Mr Yogesh has given honest information and addressed all our queries patiently.

Ms. Ashwini from CRM team has been instrumental in expediting our registration process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. She excel at addressing customer needs promptly.

The only area of improvement is time coordination, as I had to wait for 1.5 hours due to late arrival of one party.

Visited the project yesterday and booked a flat today. All the basic amenities are available at K City! My child loved the amenities the builder is providing. Very impressed with the idea of the facilities being at the top floor. As a parent, I shall be assured of my child being safe from traffic downstairs and on the other hand the amenities shall be free from dust and pollution which shall reduce its maintenance in the coming future. Very happy to buy a house from them. Highly recommended to all my friends and family!
