Mr. Hasty, During this long response you forgot to mention that the owner of properties was present during our meeting, walking the propertys and having lunch together. The land owner clearly stated why he wanted the sell and what he wanted to help build A campus for autistic children. He even showed you the plans on the wall and told you about it.
Dural conversations days before I gave you the full scenario of what the landowner wanted to be done. I asked you more than once, Do you have everything you need before I drive to TN . You said saying I have everything I need for our meeting. 5 minutes before I walk into the meeting you call me and tell me it needs to be listed another way. I said that's fine. Let's just go ahead and meet and we will see what everyone decides to do.The landowner asked for me to do the legwork. I believe that Mr. Hasty was unprepared and wasted his time and ours. The landowner is a millionaire 10 times over. He clearly stated to you that he's done over 22 land transactions and only used a realtor twice. I've done over 15 land transactions and only used a realtor once. Now I understand why we do our own deals and just use attorneys.
