Lived here for about 5 years and it was the best complex experience I ever had. They are understanding, communicative, and quick on work orders. I recommend them to anyone i can. It's located by multiple restaurants, gas stations, 5 minutes from Walmart, and less than 10 minutes to the interstate.

Love Love June Beene always quiet, and the office workers are always so kind if you have maintenance issues their alway prompt . Ms. Crystal is such a sweetheart I would recommend with no hesitation.

I have lived at June Beene for almost 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and its employees. If there was ever an issue, maintenance was there within a few hours. The office staff has always answered all my questions and made renewing my lease easy.

The apartments are roomy as well as one story, so no pesky upstairs neighbors. Plus rent is very reasonable.
I would highly recommend living at June Beene if you are looking for a great place in Conway.
