Julia helped us with the purchase of a vacation home and was just phenomenal. She was not pushy, had local knowledge, introduced us to other locals in the community so we could learn more, and was very open with us as we started negotiations for purchase. She listened and understood what we wanted to accomplish giving guidance yet not imposing. She was patient as we held solid in pricing and was ready to go when we hit the fast forward button for a fast, less than two week, closing. Julia was understanding and a partner throughout and kept a great sense of humor. I would call her again in minute if I had another transaction in mind.

Julia sold my house quickly and at a good price using various media such as 3D Matterport tour, Twilight photos, aerial photos, and floor maps as well as usual Daytime photos. Julia is a realtor who dares to invest in marketing to bring better results to clients. She is different from other realtors who only use photos to save marketing expenses. When I sell the house again, I will ask it to Julia again.
