As first time home buyers it can be very difficult and frustrating due to all the info that needs to be given and amount of paper work that is given to you to durning whole process but JR and Ricardo ( our loan officer) made the whole process as smooth as possible for my husband and I . They took their time explaining and answering any questions that we had until we understood it ; they would work around our crazy schedules . The communicate skills they had as a team is amazing . Very clear with everything during the whole process. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we have received from them . And will be using them again for our next purchase 100/10 would recommend them ! One of the very few agents that are in it for their clients best interest!!

This is our second purchase with JR Jimenez and his office. This transaction was more challenging since it was new construction and we used my husbands VA! JR and Ricardo walked us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions! They made us feel super comfortable and had extra patience with us.
