I could not possibly have been more impressed with Josh Stroud as our realtor. He exceeded every expectation, was so great at communicating, and really puts purposeful thought into each piece of the transaction. We thought we had a handle on the basics of buying a home, but he thought of and walked us through so many things we would have missed without him. We knew we would have been totally lost on trying to sell our home without Josh, but he went above and beyond with how well he broke each step down for us. He is a man with a plan and will make things happen! He takes the time to look out for his clients just the way he would want someone to look out for him. Josh was spectacular to work with. We chose him because he was referred to us by a family friend and we are so happy that we did! Josh went over and above to keep the train on the tracks during a stressful process: he responded immediately to all of our questions and concerns and went out of his way to make the process of selling our home as simple as possible. He also went out of his way to educate us (first-time sellers) on the process and was transparent about our options and numbers, providing us info via email, text, and having us in office for a meeting just to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for us. Josh was incredibly patient with us, never pressured us, and really cared about making sure we had the best experience possible while on a tight timeline. I recommend him 1000%.

That’s the kind of person I want helping me. Josh did not disappoint. Most customers don’t realize that our realtor Josh Stroud doesn’t just work 9-5 Monday -Friday . He is a 5 AM to 9 PM kind of worker seven days a week. You don’t hardly see thot anymore in the work force. Josh was always positive on his thoughts and a happy attitude. Josh was an amazing relator who has extensive knowledge and connections in the River valley area. Josh was very responsive and was able to quickly answer any questions or concerns that I had about a house or the home buying process. Josh went out of his way to accommodate my work schedule by performing walk throughs during weekends and outside of normal business hours. Josh was able to quickly get me any documents that needed to be signed and explained them in way that may them easy to understand and sign this was a great help being someone who was unfamiliar with the home buying process. I would highly recommend anyone to use Josh as their realtor due to his willingness to help and make the process as pain free as possible as well as his extensive connections in the real estate industry.
