Joey Ciganek is great to work with! He is responsive, honest, and great at communicating. I started to work with him as a buyer, then shifted to looking for a rental. Joey has been quick to show me properties and get information about listings. He has provided me with a list of lenders and has been forthright in keeping me realistic about the current market.

Joey is a phenomenal realtor. He's incredibly patient and helpful. He won't hesitate to tell you if something is an objectively bad idea and he can tell you why. Joey worked with us for about 6 months on a very difficult home purchase and he made it all come together. Gave us excellent referrals for many of our home needs.
