We had a wonderful experience with Jorge and Gina with Samson Properties. Listing a house can be extremely stressful, but Jorge and Gina were so helpful right from the beginning. With good suggestions for preparing the house for putting it in the market, how to get ready for showings, and explaining the complexity of contracts and negotiating offers.
