I personally don't like to work with agents, had bad experiences in my past. I was very pick before we decided to work with Johny, and I am very glad we choose him, he is more than amazing, not just profesionally but as a person, he was always very fast to give us an answer for any of our questions, super friendly, very patient with us, he always tried to help us, and looked after our interests, and he speak spanish which was very helpful for me, all our questions and requests he made sure to do it. I highly recomend to work with him, we will miss him 🙂

Johnny worked tirelessly with me the find the right house. He guided me every step of the way. We had some complications at closing that he stayed on top of and was instrumental in keeping our closing date as planned. Johnny even met me at my new home to make sure the move-in was going smoothly, give me some final tips and to encourage me to reach out with any issues that may arise. In addition, he presented me with some nice housewarming gifts.

I don’t anticipate buying another home, but if I do, I’m going to call Johnny!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Johnny was absolutely fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. He was very diligent and efficient and gets things done with right away. This was my first home purchase and he made the process so smooth and painless.

You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do and puts in the effort to provide the best experience possible; Johnny was that and so much more. I will forever be grateful for his services and his kindness and I couldn’t recommend him enough to everyone I know.
