Jim Puffer Landscape has treated us extremely well. Everyone I have dealt with in their company is very professional and helpful! Jim himself is incredibly honest and forthright... which is hard to find these days. Jim has amazing design ideas and is so helpful and patient. He is always concerned with the happiness of the customer above all... once again a rare find. If there is ever a problem this company takes accountability and makes things right no questions asked! I cannot speak highly enough of Jim and his company. Jim has integrity, which is high on my list, and we will never look anywhere else with our landscaping needs. He has not only helped us, but others in our family, all of which are very happy with his work! 10 out of 10 for sure. Here is a unique review. I have not used this company for landscape but my neighbor does (commercial property) and while they were servicing them a rock go kicked up and broke our window. I went and talked to the workers who were very kind and apologetic. They gave me Jim's number and I called and let him know what happened. The service that Jim Puffer Landscape gave me was over the top. The followed up all the way letting me know when the glass would be replaced and even just called me to make sure the tint was installed correctly and that everything was to my satisfaction. When my kids are no longer taking care of my yard I will call them for service. I would highly recommend this company. I am not a customer and they went above and beyond. I can only imagine how their customers feels when in need of customer service. Companies like this deserve your business. Thank you Jim Puffer and team! Thank you Eliza!

Jim and his team are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely detail oriented and we love what they did to our yard. To give some context, we lived in our home for 10 years and didn’t love what the previous owners had done. We decided to put in a pool, build a detached garage and just give everything a facelift. We voiced everything we wanted in a yard and Jim worked his magic. He provided incredible feedback based on his decades of experience and was honest in telling us what would work and what wouldn’t. The drainage system he designed for our yard to eliminate standing water and water from our neighbors poorly designed irrigation systems has been absolutely incredible and I would hire him all over again just for this. The irrigation system they designed and installed for our yard is the best I’ve seen in terms of quality and was done right—no shortcuts! Of course the design is what stuns the most. Jim told us that we would have the best looking yard in the neighborhood and I agree—but only because of his talent and vision. I would be remiss not to mention Jim’s employees as well. They worked incredibly hard for us and were always so kind. My kids became friends with them as we would come and go. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the kind of human beings who run this business. They are incredible landscapers but even better humans! I love supporting businesses that I can trust!

Jim and his employees did an excellent job on our yard. The design plan was great. Jim met with us personally to arrange a couple minor changes. While Jim is extremely busy in the spring, summer, and fall, it was worth the wait. Once the job was started it was completed quickly. The rock work in both the front and back yard is excellent. Looking at our rock work and comparing it to others in the area I realize we got a far superior result. Sprinkler system is well done with excellent coverage of the entire yard. JPL is worth the wait and price. Job well done!

Jim Puffer Landscaping is one of the best in the business. From the initial design to the final execution, we’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Their team is outstanding, paying close attention to every detail while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. They used only the highest quality materials throughout the project. We had extensive work done, including the removal and replacement of an old sprinkler system, rejuvenating and replacing overgrown landscaping, and tackling significant retention and rock work. On top of that, they designed and installed stunning pool pavers, rock trails, stairs, landscape lighting, and concrete features.
