After raising our children in a great community my husband and I realized that it was time for change. His health condition made our 3-level townhouse unlivable.
I am a real estate photographer who has worked with many agents in the DMV. In my experience with her, Jess was always committed to ensuring that every aspect of the home was presented in the best possible light. This attention to detail and genuine concern for her clients is why I chose the Jess Young Real Estate Team.
Our home journey was met with strife from the beginning. Our home was not well maintained and needed lots of attention. And we needed to buy a new home that met very specific criteria. During my husband’s FIRST hospitalization, Jess and her team of superheroes put on their capes to pack our things, clean and prep the property for listing. She connected us with a team of contractors to make the necessary repairs and even helped us find an amazing finance team.
I will not say it was easy, but Jess’s calm demeanor and market expertise kept us completely confident that she would sell our home and negotiate reasonable terms on our new home purchase. I was able to focus on my husband’s health knowing that she and her team were taking care of business.
The old house has been sold and I am writing this in our beautiful new kitchen. Jess and her team are amazing and I am very thankful for all their hard work. HIRE HER!
