This company is excellent. We were facing a quick close for a real estate transaction. Jeffcoat came in the next day and issues the map/survey to me two days later. They answered the phone and were great to work with. We will definitely be using them again and if you need a survey done I would definitely recommend using this company. Thank You Jeffcoat!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! 1 Star is too much.

I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Guthrie. He assured me a closing survey would be completed last Wednesday. That day, I received an email from him stating weather set them back. I replied that I understood, and asked when he thinks it would take place.

He never responded.

I've sent him 3 additional emails and have called numerous times. Every time I call, he's always out of the office and the woman who answers is absolutely clueless about everything. She offers no help, and isn't concerned 1 bit about us needing the survey for closing coming up.

DO NOT call or try to use this company, they are HORRENDOUS.

Couldn't get anyone to make an appointment with me to do the job I needed done. No callbacks. Not interested in job, only interested in who owned the property before me. They were friendly, but I won't call them again.

I cannot describe how TERRIBLE this company was to deal with. Mr. Jefcoat lied on numerous occasions about when he would come help us with a property line. There is not enough room on this review to explain what we went through in trying to fix a minor problem. After 5 months, we finally gave up and started from scratch with another company. BEWARE of this poorly run sham of a company.

Jeffcoat Engineers and Surveyors LLC prepared a survey even though they were not authorized to do so because my real estate agent had already sent a copy of the existing survey to them… twice. Next thing I know I receive a bill for double the quoted price for flagging the property. When I telephoned Osceola Guthrie Jeffcoat regarding the bill, he was extremely condescending and dismissive and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. First, he conducts an unauthorized and unnecessary survey and then has the gall to cop an attitude when I dared to question him about it! Unethical and unprofessional, do not recommend.

Scheduled two appointments with the business and workers did not show. I called several times and the owner made excuses as to why no one called to reschedule. This is not a professional business...Do not recommend!
