I worked with Jeff 5 years ago to get into my current home. I can say that we love our home and found that we got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Jeff was very thorough and on top of all the details of looking into and informing us on all the specs of each home we looked at. He made sure that we had all our bases covered so we knew what we were getting into. Jeff was amazing to work with! He was incredibly responsive, answering texts and messages well after normal business hours on multiple occasions. We SO appreciate his expertise navigating through the crazy current market. He was helpful and persistent, but never pushy, and patiently worked with us and all our requests to see various houses - many of which were day of! Exceptional customer service from start to finish. We listed with Jeff a few years ago then one of our children had some major medical problems and we had to back out. Jeff was very understanding and let us out of the contract without any penalties. One call and Jeff was helping us prepare for the sale of our home. We had lived in Syracuse for 13 years and were ready to downsize.
