From start to finish, her professionalism, expertise, and dedication were truly impressive. First and foremost, her knowledge of the real estate market was outstanding. She conducted a thorough analysis of the local market, allowing me to set a competitive and realistic price for the property. Jean provided me with a customized property portfolio that included copies of my paperwork, market analysis, and designated contacts.

When I decided to sell, renters were occupying the property. Jean communicated with the property management company to offer the tenants a cash-for-keys agreement. A month later, the tenants were moved out to another property. Once the tenants were gone, Jean stayed on top of the situation, coming into the house and repainting rooms, itemizing, and repairing any damage.

Jean had the house professionally staged, and it looked fantastic! She designed booklets that she passed out during the open house that included old photos of my housing track and floor plans from the 70’s! She personally scrubbed the kitchen floor, baked pastry for the open house, and removed old items from the shed and garage.

When preparing the home for sale she met each contractor and inspector personally. Following up with them to ensure each service was performed correctly and securing the necessary documentation.

From professional videography and photography to virtual tours, she ensured the house was presented in the best possible light, attracting interested buyers from near and far. She skillfully navigated the negotiation process, advocating for my best interests and ensuring that I received the best possible outcome. Her expertise and ability to think on her feet were truly impressive.

Wonder Woman! Rare Gem!
We were introduced to Jean under unfortunate family circumstances and had to get property secured and sold as soon as possible. Jean arrived promptly on the same day and seamlessly helped take charge to ease the stress of the situation we were in. From that day forward we had this amazing energizer bunny working full speed ahead handling every aspect of clean up, repair, remodeling, etc. She has a wonderful crew that did super pictures of the property to list. We didn't have to worry about finding workers in an area we didn't live in and knew nothing about. Jean was there for us through thick and thin and that isn't an exaggeration. I personally have never liked realtors and have had many in our lifetime but she is and was the exception to the rule! She's AMAZING! Can't find the words to describe her but her work ethic is beyond what is normal by today's standards. If not for Jean we would have had extreme toil in our own lives living so far away but she covered it all. We are not exaggerating. Super Wonder Woman for sure!
