I chose JD for a full septic system replacement. My system was built in the 1950s original to the home and it was 'end of life'. After having no less than five companies make recommendations on-site and provide bids, I chose JD. All five bids came in within about 10% of each other so he is competitive on the pricing. We moved the location of the new tank and JD was able to completely remove the old tank. He and Michael installed a new 1500 gallon pre-cast cement tank and 180 feet of infiltrator field lines. He also put in 2-way cleanouts to anticipate future plumbing needs and some custom design elements per engineering specifications. The system was designed by Brazos Geotech, also recommended. The work came in on time and on budget. JD left the site clean, level, and free of debris. We passed county inspections without a hitch. I highly recommend JD Cherry Contractors for any dirt or septic work.

I bought 2 acres out on the edge of Tucson and I needed to develop the land for my manufactured home. This guy not only provides white glove service, but he had THE BEST PRICES on everything, even in this crazy inflated economy.

I was referred to use him for my septic installation, which he was very fast with. The man and his team tested soil, prepped the land, and installed a septic system in the fastest possible timeframe my county allows.

Another huge mentionable bit of work his team did was land clearing too and they cleared 16 literal tons, we counted, of cacti off my land!! Other people quoted me thousands more without removal costs even considered, but not only that, he did it in a little over a day.

Jonathan Cherry was the person who used his wonderful and massive equipment to dig the trenches for our leaching field which he determined was needed. Where we live, the ground is full of massive boulders which Jonathan not only had the means to dig up, but to also place them in pleasing places for us as we wanted to keep our rocks. Jonathan, being a Civil Engineer, knew what a good leaching field needed and also installed the proper system that is way better than the old fashioned pipes with small slits. He and his helper were unfailingly pleasant even during 100+degree heat. His prices were very fair as well.
