On the 18th, at 2:55pm, I was neatly hit by truck owned by this company. He came over into my lane like he was pushing me out of the way, I had to hit the brakes and let him proceed to come over. Then he hit his brakes in front of me as soon as he got over and I had to nearly lock my brakes up since he squeezed his way in to begin with. If you're going to miss your turn, just miss it and go to the next exit, not worth an accident over it! Maybe this company is a wonderful company, but this driver...needs some words! I have a dashcam with the video and plenty of pics! License plate number is P5758H.

I notified them 24 hrs ago that the system they put in was not working.
No call back. Called again this morning and nothing.
Called Warensford Well.
They were to my house in an hour.
Problem fixed immediately.

All of their loaders and heavy equipment operators are usually ignorant and rude 90% of the time..... I just got threatened to be thrown in jail because I drove through an open gate to get some fill dirt And they were apparently closed like really is it that serious there isn't even no trespassing signs anywhere to be seen!!! You guys need to start treating your customers better!!!

This company is contracted by the city to clean up tree debris left at the curb for collection. Using a small CAT they dump the storm debris into a dumpster towed behind a pickup truck. During the process of using the CAT to move my neighbors debris, they dropped a fair amount (20' x 6') of debris on my lawn. When I asked if they were going to remove the debris from my yard the girl holding the rake begrudgingly said they would. Another guy saw this discussion taking place and explained to me they were only "responsible to clean the street". I pointed out my lawn was free of debris until JB Coxwell had placed it there, and therefore responsible for removing it. I got nasty looks, and they then raked some of the debris into the street. At this point i took a photo of the trailer and the same guy angrily asked me what I was doing? He then got into the truck and drove away as fast as a pickup pulling a dumpster would allow. Debris still remains in my yard, the street, and my neighbor's yard. Quite a first impression.

Would be zero stars. They were hired by the city for the hurricane debris clean up Oct 2017. The ended up using excavator to pick up the debris. Doing so they dug up roughly 10x10 foot of grass. I notified the city the next day with pictures. I was told it was assigned back this company. It’s now Jan 2018 they finally came and assess the situation. The answer I got was they cannot help me because it doesn’t look like it did in the pictures from 3 to 4 months ago because there’s weeds growing in those spots.( a lot has happened weather wise in that time frame)The next argument was well all your grass is dead. It’s winter we just had a freeze everyone’s grass is dead. Because of the blatant refusal to even help at all to fix the problem, it now has been escalated with the city.

JBCoxwell was the subcontractor on a job for the JEA downtown. It was discovered that the work at my building is not up to code. Attempts have been made to contact the company by phone and email. They have been ignored. “Take the money and run!”.
