Jay has been instrumental in getting our loans approved. I first worked with him in 2021 when I was buying my first property. He was very amicable and accessible. He got my loan approved within no time. I then worked him again recently in 2024 when I was changing my primary residence, we were short on the down payment but he was able to get the loan approved and passed with just 5% down. Highly recommend Jay and his partner Dalbir. They are always a call/text away. Most lenders get annoyed when you ask them too many questions but Jay makes sure you're satisfied with the answers. Hope to work together soon again in the future 🙂

Why Jay Ranu is best; cuz he very well understands the financial markets (to give you best interest rates timing wise), banking regulations, how loan products work to give you the best in the dynamic changing markets. With many years of experience (Jay Ranu Ji), as you can tell when working with him, he was always to the point while helping me close escrow on my loan. Highly recommended! Jay is the best! He’s very professional, on top of every detail at every step of the process. He made the process super simple and incredibly fast. We closed on our property in less than 3 weeks because of his great work! Even the seller of the property we purchased asked for his number.
