I have had the pleasure of working with Jamie Rose twice for different multi-family units. I feel incredibly fortunate that I just happened to be given Jamie’s name to work with as a realtor. The first time we worked together was for a 1031 exchange. Not only did all the timelines get met with time to spare, but he hit it out of the park. He hit the ground running during the dark months of winter finding an incredible opportunity of a large, occupied multi-family for me. I was new to doing a 1031 exchange and Jamie took the time to walk me through everything I needed to do. He also opened my mind and changed my perspective in regards to different avenues for real estate investing/amplifying my portfolio that I wouldn’t have thought of as a newbie. I am incredibly grateful to him for that. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in real estate investing. He is kind, hilarious and just fun to work with.
