Highly recommend teaching employees about special needs children.The ignorance and gestures to random people who are already going through things with their children is just straight up wrong your in a shared space!!!! The hallway is not your space for the past year I've been receiving Therapy Services and I've heard multiple things from parents about this company and how they don't seem to understand how children work, especially special needs ones they're going to be loud especially when they're triggered. Recommend moving your office if you have issues with noise especially if you're next to a therapy place that handles special needs children.
