My husband, Roger Sites, and I employed James Hricko Architects to design an addition to our existing home here in Warrenton to enable us to "age in place." We are extremely happy that we hired him.

Made appointment after discussion of design request for 20 minutes. Spent an hour appointment in his basement house office. Spent 4 hours emailing required photos, followed by measurement requests, followed again by existing blueprints. When no response from architect over 8 days later contacted his secretary, wife, Julia, to speak with him of other material needs for next steps. Still no response so emailed again and finally got response to email more photos. Took 5 more photos and emailed and received immediate response that he decided he would not send scope of work and do the job because he's too busy. WHY WASTE MY TIME IN THE FIRST PLACE? He feeds you along, super stealing your time then when he's exhausted all your time, bluntly informs you NO. He is not only unprofessional but emotionally sick
