There is nothing (legal) that James and his associate, Terry, won't do! Working with them one really receives the White Glove Service. We found James and Terry to have integrity, to be honest, reliable, available, hard working, communicative and going beyond! He also is no pressure; that's not a phrase but, you get the point.

When we were house hunting, (7 years ago now, but their service was so excellent that the memory is still intact!), our kiddos were 3 and 1. Terry was so good with our kids in playing with him whenever we would go look at homes. It occurs to me now that Terry may not always attend the house viewings but they were both present, and maybe it was to help keep our munchkins distracted/entertained so we could view the homes with less distractions. Wow, now I'm even more impressed and grateful!

Being the ever research-everything kind of people, my husband and I were also searching on MLS for homes we may be interested. I remember one day we had about 5 homes to see. There was one home we were unsure of but included in our list of homes to see. We were on our way to this questionable home and at the street corner of the home, as we were arriving, James did a u-turn. He told us when we arrived at the following home that he just couldn't show us the other house because it just wasn't the right fit for our family, being that the house was a corner house of 2 busy streets.

When we finally found our now home, we found there was already an interested buyer. James worked, and succeeded, in getting our offer approved. We are forever grateful!

Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of this team. We recommend them and if we should ever sell our home or have any other real estate needs we are definitely returning to James!

A broker with many years of experience and tons of finesse to get the deal closed. He knows the ins and outs. Helped me buy a foreclosurw property at auction, no easy feat! If you need to sell or buy real estate, I would consult Mr Harner and see if he has time to help you.
