Jacobson Construction is super dependable family owned company. John was extraordinary, very professional, and there every step of the way to complete our excavation project. They did such a great job on our site, and were quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone Jacobson Construction for any excavating project.Thank You very much!

Contractors are rude to interact with, they leave trash and debris behind on the streets where they park and on their worksite, and the owners have zero consideration for the people living or driving nearby. They make the intersections incredibly dangerous for crossing because of limited visibility with their parking and simply await the day for an impact of a crash from another vehicle.

One of the trashiest and worst worksites I've ever had the displeasure of seeing go up. Calling the city does nothing since they simply keep getting fined by them.

Luxury apartments? I heard they wanted to put one light up in each room. So luxurious.

Stay away. They don't do work to be proud of, and their employees are nothing to sniff at.

While driving through a work site, something happened because of some broken barriers in the road. My car had to be fixed. Jacobsen did more than what I would ever have expected, trying to make things right. I am blown away by the amazing people I have talked to from the company. They are so honest and I am truly impressed by this company and their ethics. Wow!

Do NOT work for this company. Our loan for a home got denied due to them saying there is no record of my Husband working there. We have bank statements that prove otherwise. They also will not send a W-2 for the time he was there. This has caused significant issues for our family.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sub contractors and people in need of construction beware. This is an unethical construction company that will put you and your family on the street to put $5 in their pocket. If you’re in need of construction, you’d be better off hiring virtually anyone instead of Jacobsen Construction. There’s absolutely nothing that’s beneath them in terms of insuring that Jacobsen Construction makes money. They don’t care about their clients or sub-contractors. The only client they have that they’ll employ actual good business practices is the LDS Church.

SUB-CONTRACTORS BE AWARE! Certain PM's do not pay their subs on time or at all. Families are going without that have slaved for them due to their crookedness.
