Jacob Sanders exceeded our expections during the purchase of our new home. He negotiated the best purchase price for us, and also for things that needed to be done on the house by the seller. He kept us informed every step of the process. Jacob always returned calls and answered our questions promptly. He has a lot of patience, as we had alot of questions.We were relieved to have someone we could trust and depend on during the purchase process as we were from out of state. Jacob stayed in contact with the lender, the inspectors and other people in the process. He gave us a list of local service providers. We really appreciate everything Jacob has done for us.
