Josh has been invaluable through the process of designing, plan creation and permitting our building through a very difficult process. Josh patiently stood with us through a tumultuous 2 year permitting process, often being our advocate with city officials. On an annual basis, our College District has approximately $50M in capital projects underway. Project budgets range from $30k to $50M; obviously, we do not use the same consultants for each project. We choose consultants based on how efficient and responsive they can be to the project that best fits their abilities.

Based on the above criteria, we found a gem in JAC Architecture. We have used them successfully on projects ranging from $50k-$250k and have found them to be extremely efficient, pro-active and transparent. They uncover and solve issues before the lines are put to paper, which is extremely important once the project gets to construction. By the way, our projects are more complicated than one could imagine: we fall under the auspices of the Public Contract Code, Prevailing Wage, Department of State Architect, on and on. Not to mention that we work under very tight budgets, limited by the availability of Public Funds - sort of like living on a fixed income.

Within the parameters listed above, Josh has been nothing short of spectacular. His professionalism and knowledge of "the projects" and processes necessary to bring a project from an idea to successfully and substantially complete has met and exceeded all expectations.

With that said, we have no hesitation in providing JAC Architecture the highest recommendation possible. They will not disappoint.
