I’d give zero stars if I could but I can’t.

JA Smith had a dump truck riding down the highway hauling rocks while also pouring them out on cars. I called the company and told them what happened and they assured me I didn’t need a police report and that if I got my car to a shop, they would pay for the damages that they caused.
Now 3 months later, they have blocked my phone number, refused to help me and I am forced to go through the DOT process to file a complaint and have them look into the case.
At the end of the day, I really thought this was a good company that was going to keep their word but it is clear that is not the case. I have several forms of communication that I have tried to use to get this resolved and have exhausted all since they are not being civil.
Do not trust a word that comes out of their mouth, they are not going to do what they said. Lesson learned. I now have a severely messed up car and a massive bill that needs to be taken care of but I’ll have to wait for the DOT to look into my video evidence before they pay. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have played me like a fiddle. It’s not worth the risk you are taking.
