We hired IT construction to renovate two of our bathrooms. They both came out great. IT construction finished the bathrooms on budget and on time. We have been using them for more than 3 years and there have been no problems. Both bathrooms have held up well and the construction is high quality. We're really happy with the work that's been done.

A couple of years later I asked George, the owner, if they could build a Gazebo for shade in my backyard and IT construction was able to do that too. It's built to last forever and still looks great after a couple of years. You can see the detail that they put into it in the photo.

I was very happy with the craftsmanship of their work. There were specialists in all aspects of the remodel. The budget for my project was presented clearly. They provided a detailed list of materials and the estimated labor cost.
It was managed well through each phase as well as whenever I made changes to the scope of work. Also, the estimate for the timing of each phase was managed and communicated very well.
