As the owner of investment properties, I am very pleased with Investors Property Management. They have systems in place that provide detailed accounting of income and expenses, maintenance, repairs and tenant retention. They are very knowledgeable of the market rents to suggest adjustments. Also, they have provided other investment opportunities. I self-managed prior to IPM, I now trust them entirely. No regrets.

IPM on S Waldron Rd in Fort Smith has a great team. They are all friendly, prompt and professional. The few times that we needed maintenance, that was pretty prompt talso. We first rented from them 3 years ago, and the process was pretty quick and simple. It took no time for us to find a place through them. We recently needed to move and Garrett (Great Guy) had us in a place in no time. He is always super friendly and helpful as can be. I can highly recommend them.

Exceptional service with very polite and courteous/helpful staff! Our application process was smooth and pretty consistent with the other places that we've rented from. Application fees and deposit requirements were relatively affordable.

I haven't had the need to call them for maintenance yet, but I'm sure that Josh and Garrett will be on top of it when/if I call!
